Celebrate Bowdoinham Registration
Celebrate Bowdoinham is scheduled for Sat. Sept. 12 with a rain date of Sun. Sept. 13.
Interested in sponsoring the event, participating in the parade, or vending at Celebrate Bowdoinham? YOU MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU CAN REGISTER. Start by creating a MyRec account and then select your application(s): Sponsors, Parade Participants, or any of these vendor types: Non-profits, Artisans & Makers, For-Profit Businesses, or Food Vendors/Trucks.
You may register for more than one application e.g. Sponsor & Parade Participant separately.
ATTENTION VENDORS:
(1)Registration fees are non-refundable.
(2)Participants are responsible for their own tents, tables, and chairs.
(3)Excluding food trucks you will be assigned a 10'x10' booth space.
(4)Tents cannot be staked down, please bring weights or sand bags.
(5)Commercial food vendors must provide proof of liability insurance and copy of State license.
(6)Space is limited; Applications will be processed as received and priority will be given to local organizations.
(7)Vendor instructions will be sent out the Thursday before Celebrate.
